The website itself does not store the shop name, contact person, phone number or parts you type in. We only receive the message after you tap send in WhatsApp.
- When you call or email us: your phone number, email address and what you tell us.
- Server logs: like most websites, our host records the time, page, browser type and IP address of each visit to keep the website running and to prevent abuse.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, quote prices, check that a part fits your car, arrange delivery and handle warranty claims. We do not sell your information. For delivery we may pass the recipient’s name, phone number and address to the courier.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order details only until they are dealt with, and for as long as the law or our accounts require.
